Unworthy Made Worthy

  |   Alianza's Unveiled Power Exhortations, Alianza's Unveiled Power Inspirations   |   2 Comments

Many folks do not catch His fire because they feel unworthy, bad, not good enough, etc. So, check this out:

When the light of conviction shines upon us either via another’s words or directly from our own thoughts the natural reaction is to want to pull away from God because the human conscience condemns us because it knows how poorly we measure up to what He is and ultimately wants from us.

But, did you know that is the enemy’s trap?
Our enemy wants us to pull away from God when we feel ashamed or unworthy. After all, it does feel like the right thing to do in the moment.

But, God wants us to know He loves us enough to cover us with that cleansing forgiveness that Jesus bought. And, even though you may have just REALLY blown it, and you may feel shame and unworthiness – dare to have the guts to instead approach Him in the light instead of run away back into the shadows – no matter how ashamed or unworthy your flesh may tell you that you are!

Addicted to bitterness, unforgiveness, or anger?
Caught in unbelief?
Addicted to distractions?
Addicted to pornography?
Addicted to drugs?
Said, thought, or did something REALLY bad???

IT
IS
OK!

Just realize it was bad but instead of pulling away in shame, instead drawn near to Him – no matter how scary or weird it may feel – asking Him to forgive you through the blood of His Son. Yes, that can be hard because you may certainly not want to go toward Him after what you did/thought/etc. But, His love covers a multitude of sins SO that you can come toward Him, not away. He does not condemn you – He instead extends forgiveness. SO, draw near – not run away – and therefore receive that forgiveness and restoration!

He
Made
Us
To Be
FREE!

So, come boldly to His throne in the name of Jesus and you will be washed and made clean in every way.

…even if your conscience at first wants to not believe it.

Then, once restored and you realize the great love He just showed you by forgiving you of things that are death-worthy, then – walk in that Light, as He is in the Light!

“My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you will not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate before the Father — Jesus Christ, the Righteous One”. (1 John 2:1)

1 John 3:19-25
“We will know by this that we are of the truth, and will assure our heart before Him 20in whatever our heart condemns us; for God is greater than our heart and knows all things. 21Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before God; 22and whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight. 23This is His commandment, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us. 24The one who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. We know by this that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.”

    Love this post, esp…

    AND
“But, His love covers a multitude of sins SO that you can come toward Him, not away”
